FIVE (5) STEPS TO GET STARTED
There are multiple efforts through DVA HOUSING SOLUTIONS to assist Veterans with permanent housing solutions. The Housing Development Program is one of them, serving as a collaborative effort among organizations and local public housing authorities. Executives with a need for case management and supportive services receive housing from the public housing authority to provide rental assistance that promotes housing stability. Deciding to accept housing opportunity is a meaningful way for landlords to provide housing.
It takes just 5 easy steps to participate:

STEP-#4 Allow A.I.P.M. Quality Inspection for Funding

Let's Get Funded!
After Step 3 - Open House is completed, our collaboratives will conduct a final Quality Inspection to release funds for veteran tenants immediate move-in.

Required Documentation from Landlord:

W9 FORM (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Certification);

Photocopy of Driver License or State I.D. Card;

Direct Deposit Form to receive monthly rents;

Copy of Deed or Closing Statement;

Lead Based Paint Disclosure;

Copy of Lease Agreement (All Parties included).
STEP-#5 Execute Lease Agreement for 12 Months

Let's Move-In Executives Tenants!
Here's the final step: Once funding has been verified and secured, we then execute a full 24 month lease agreement between D.V.A. Housing Solutions, L.L.C. and you (the landlord). DONE!
